At Pure Derm, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used skincare and haircare products
• Vitamins & supplements (for safety reasons)
• Items damaged by the customer

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will check it.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or wrong.
